Hosting of Factures.com

Factures.com is hosted by AWS in Ireland. AWS provides a secure, extensive, and reliable global cloud infrastructure designed to meet the world’s most stringent security standards. The platform is continuously monitored, 24/7, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data.

Security of your data.

To ensure the security of your data, we have implemented technical and organizational measures compliant with GDPR requirements. Moreover, we require that all our third-party service providers also adhere to these standards.

We perform backups several times a day to ensure the security and integrity of your data.

Your banking data.

The use of the banking login feature is completely secure. We use one of the APIs developed by banks to ensure the security of your accounts. We only use read-only access, not write access.

Factures.com does not have the capability to perform transactions on your accounts. Its role is limited to comparing the incoming amounts in your accounts with the bills issued for verification and reconciliation purposes.

Protection against hacking.

Factures.com uses a VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) and a WAF (Web Application Firewall) through its host. The WAF is a type of firewall that protects the WEB server from various attacks.

Security tips.

While Factures.com has been maximally protected, we do not have influence over the connection to the software via your computer.

However, its use should be accompanied by good behavior: do not share your passwords, do not write them on pieces of paper, do not leave your computer connected to the software when you are not using it.

We advise you to use a password generator. It will allow you to create strong, complex, and hard-to-crack passwords, and will prevent you from having to remember countless passwords.
